摘要
本文认为,培育企业内部人才交易市场,构建企业完善的人才价格体系并与工资薪酬挂钩,有助于促进企业的内部竞争阳光化并为人力资源会计计量提供依据,有利于企业完善绩效考核管理,为实现企业战略目标营造良好的氛围。
How to price human resource is a major factor that affects one enterprise to put its performance assessment management into practice and that is also a worldwide problem of human resource accounting. In author' s opinion, internal talent transaction market should be developed and an improved talent pricing system should be constructed to implement internal talent transaction with marked price tags linking up with wage, which is helpful to promote transparency of internal competition and to provide the basis for the measurement of human resource accounting. This is easy for the management' s scientific decision-making so as to make the value of human resource much more clear. Reasonable talent pricing system is beneficial to improve the enterprise' s management of performance assessment and create a good environment for achieving corporate strategic target.
