Case Study on the Dynamical Change of the Newcomer’s Psychological Contract Breach

摘要 本文对员工入职后心理契约破裂的动态变化过程进行个案分析,并从心理契约破裂过程、影响因素和影响效果展开分析,并提出了新员工保留和激励策略。 The paper analyses the dynamical psychological contract breach process of Miss Chen after her entering the organization using case study. The paper discusses the causes and. the dynamical process from the procedures, factors and effects of the psychological contract breach. At last, the paper proposes the retention and motivation strategies of the newcomer.
