大学生“村官”工作角色的实证研究——基于村官事迹与日志材料的报告

Empirical Research on Work Roles of College Students' Village Officials —— Based on the Deeds And Log Material of Village Officials

本文根据大学生"村官"的事迹资料以及工作日志,对大学生村官工作角色和内容进行了描述性、统计性研究,对比了各地鼓励的10个大学生"村官"角色和大学生村官的10个实际工作角色,并据此就村官管理部门工作着力点的转变提出了建议。

By means of collecting, classifying, coding and statistical counting document literature, this essay studies the work roles of college students ＇ village officials. The document literature include deeds material of 39 excellent Student village officials of Chongqing, 57 village official diaries of Jiangsu province, 58 datum of ＂Village official style＂ about college students in Shanxi, and daily logs about a month recorded by 8 Student village officials of Chongqing .The work roles and work contents Of College Students＇ Village Officials have been researched by the way of descriptive and statistical study. The article does the contrast between 10 work roles encouraged by local governments and 10 work roles acted by College Students＇ Village Officials in reality. According to the contrast, the article puts forward some suggestions for the work direction of the administrative department of village official in the future.
