摘要
本文分析了近三十年来中国快速城市化进程中的耕地动态及土壤污染状况以及由此引起的粮食安全问题,分析了中国快速城市化进程中土地使用结构的变化、城市垃圾、酸性物质、水源污染对耕地及粮食的影响,研究了耕地向建设用地转化。针对性地提出了包括严守18亿亩耕地红线、加大农业基础设施和农田水利建设、改善土壤质量等一系列政策建议。
The author analyses the dynamic and the pollution of cultivated land as well as the food situation they cause.It is pointed out that the different usage of land,municipal solid waste(MSW),acidic materials and water pollution have an important impact on cultivated land and food security.The author has emphasized on the transition of cultivated land to building land.In the end,a series of suggestions including optimizing planting structure and improving soil quality are put forward to.
