The Spectrum of Justice:An Analysis of the Analytic Marxists’ Concepts of Justice

分析马克思主义对正义理论的探讨最初从争论马克思是否谴责资本主义社会为不正义开始，大致时间是上个世纪70－80年代，随后持续发展。后来的分析马克思主义学派并没有停留在这一论题，而是进一步拓展到对马克思正义理论或者马克思主义正义理论的建构，这一工作一直延续至今。

From the perspective of natural spectrum,the concepts of justice of analytic Marxists such as Allen W.Wood,Allen E.Buchanan,Rodney G.Peffer,and G.A.Cohen,can be taken accordingly as'red','orange','yellow',and'green'light of justice.Wood denied that Marx advocated any kind of juridical conception of justice.Buchanan acknowledged that Marx condemned the exploitation of capitalist society from an internal and thus juridical perspective.Peffer reconstructed a Marxist theory of justice.And Cohen focused on his critique and revision of John Rawls's theory of justice.By portrayal and analysis of this spectrum of justice,this article tries to provide a theoretical resource useful for Chinese Marxists' research on the problem of justice in China.
