An Analysis on the theoretical Constructions and its Difficulties of Contemporary Neo-Aristotelian Practical Philosophy

约半个世纪之前，在西方实践哲学领域兴起了一股名为“新亚里士多德主义”（Neo—Aristotelianism）的思潮。（参见塞尔科沃；Knight；Schnaedelbach；Volpi；Wallach）它不是一个固定的学派或组织，而是一种倾向，即“指道德与政治哲学中一条回向亚里士多德的方式来研究的方向，……它代表了一种尝试的方向，想从亚里士多德的实践哲学中取出若干成分。

Aiming at the problems of modern practices and its philosophy,contemporary Neo-Aristotelianism uses Aristotelian philosophy as the theoretical resource to construct a series of theories of practical philosophy.To completely understand it,two questions need to be answered firstly:in what sense its theoretical constructions are Aristotelian,and also in what sense it is new.Neo-Aristotelian practical philosophy appeals to some Aristotelian concepts about practical ends and forms such as telos,function,virtue,practical wisdom,thereby criticizes the value-subjectivism and practice-legalism of modernity.However,to some degree its theoretical constructions has some difficulties because of the dislocation of its theories and practice.
