摘要
建立了木材及木制品中4种有机锡化合物的气相色谱-质谱)测定方法。选取松木和胶合板作为代表性样品,在空白样品中加入模拟防腐剂溶液,制成阳性样品用于实验条件优化。以乙醇为溶剂,超声提取样品中的有机锡化合物,加入乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液(pH 5)调节溶液酸度,经2%四乙基硼化钠(NaBEt4)衍生、正己烷萃取后,GC-MS同时测定一丁基锡(MBT)、二丁基锡(DBT)、三丁基锡(TBT)和三苯基锡(TPhT)。在0.1~20 mg/L范围内,线线性良好,4种有机锡化合物的平均回收率为83.6%~103.2%;RSD小于9.8%。
The gas chromatography-mass spectrometric (GC-MS) method was developed for the determination of 4 organotin compounds in timber and wood products. According to the preservative retention capacity, effective concentration and timber density, the analog samples were made of pine wood and plywood for experimental condition optimization. The analytes were extracted in ethanol and derivatised with NaBEt4 (2%) at pH 5 with acetate buffer solution by ultrasonic bathing. The species of monobutyltin ( MBT), dibutyhin (DBT), tributyltin(TBT) and triphenyltin(TPhT) are extracted with hexane and then detected simultaneously by GC-MS . The method has a good reproducibility and recovery with the linearity in the ranges of 0.1- 20 mg/L. The average recoveries were in the range of 83.6% and 103.2% with the relative standard deviations of less than 9.8%.
