摘要 智能电网融合了大量通信技术、计算机技术、可再生能源并网技术,在某种程度上增加了电网的不确定性,对输电检修提出了新的挑战。为此建立了以风险降低值最大化为目标、以检修资金和人员为约束条件的输电检修优化模型,并采用基于动态规划的松弛线性规划算法对模型进行了求解。实例应用结果表明,以系统风险降低值最大化为目标来安排输电检修任务合理、可行,且通过优化资源分配能进一步增加风险降低值。 Smart grid involves a large number of intelligent factors such as telecommunication technology, computer technology and renewable energy integration technology. In a certain extent, raising the uncertainty of the grid, it brings forward new challenges for transmission maintenance. In this paper, a transmission maintenance optimization model is es- tablished, which is aimed at maximizing the risk reduction and constrained to the capital and workers. And then relaxation linear programming based dynamic programming is used to solve the optimization problem. Study results indicate that it is proper and feasible to arrange transmission maintenance missions with risk reduction, and the risk reduction can be fur- ther enlarged by optimizing resources allocation.
