摘要
本文首先比较了多种话音解决方案,随后从原理、性能、工程实施难度以及对规划的要求等方面详细分析了CSFB方案的一些关键问题,包括回落网络、回落方案以及挂机返回机制等的选择,最终结合终端产业发展、国际部署情况等,对CSFB方案进行了总结。
This paper compares different technologies for voice over LTE Firstly. Then, from theory, performance, implementation challenges and planning requirements, this paper discusses several critical problems about CSFB, including which network the voice service will fall back to, how the terminals fall back to the target network and also the return strategy. At last, combining with the terminal ecological chain and the experience from international operators, we present here a conclusion of CSFB technique.
