摘要 微小RNA(miRNA)是一类内源性长约22个核苷酸的非编码RNA分子,进化中具有高度保守性,在转录后水平调控基因的表达从而在生物过程中发挥重要的作用,生物信息学分析表明人类全部基因的1/3都受到miRNA的调控。目前的研究表明,miRNA广泛调控机体各种生理和病理过程,在生物体发育、心血管疾病以及肿瘤的发生等过程中发挥重要作用。 MieroRNA (miRNA)is a kind of/endogenous non-coding RNA of 22 nucleotides in length. It is highly conserved and plays an important role in biological processes through the regulation of post-tran- scription gene expression. Bioinformatics analysis shows that a third of all human genes are regulated by miR- NA. Current sudies indicate that miRNAs widely regulate the body's physiological and pathological process, and plays an important role in the development of organisms, cardiovascular disease and cancer occurrence.
