摘要 血清胆固醇合成与吸收标志物比胆固醇更能早期反映机体胆固醇的代谢状态。目前,国内已逐步建立了完善的胆固醇代谢标志物检测平台,并初步用于临床研究,包括调脂药物对胆固醇代谢标志物的影响,胆固醇代谢标志物对心血管疾病的早期评估。检测胆固醇代谢标志物水平对于血脂代谢异常的流行病学研究、临床降脂药物疗效评价及胆固醇代谢的实验研究均具有重要意义。 Serum cholesterol synthesis and absorption markers can reflect cholesterol metabolic state ear- lier than cholesterol. At present, China has gradually established good cholesterol metabolism markers＇detec- tion platform, which is primarily used for clinical research, including influence on cholesterol metabolism markers by lipid regulating drugs, early evaluation of cardiovascular disease by cholesterol metabolic marker. Cholesterol metabolism markers＇ detection has great significance on epidemiological studies of abnormal lipids metabolism, efficacy evaluation of lipid-lowering drug, and experimental study of cholesterol metabolism.
