摘要
偏头痛是神经科常见的疾病,研究发现许多疾病与偏头痛同时发生的概率比普通人群高,是偏头痛的共病。研究表明有先兆的偏头痛发生缺血性脑卒中的风险增加,特别是后循环的脑梗死;不宁腿综合征是无先兆的偏头痛的共病;癫痫与偏头痛不仅是共病关系,且两种疾病有共同的治疗方法。研究共病机制可以进一步理解偏头痛的发病机制,为偏头痛的治疗提供新方法。

The study of comorbidity might not only improve our un- derstanding of migraine pathogenesis but also provide a new method for the treatment.
