心脏X综合征与血管内皮功能的相关性研究进展

Research Progress of Relationship between Cardiac Syndrome X and Vascular Endothelial Function

心脏X综合征是一组以典型劳累性心绞痛,运动激发试验阳性,而冠状动脉造影正常为特征的临床综合征,又称微血管性心绞痛。相关研究表明心脏X综合征的发生、发展与冠状动脉微血管内皮功能障碍有关。血管内皮细胞由沿血流方向纵向排列的单层扁平鳞状上皮细胞组成,具有重要的代谢和内分泌功能。现将心脏X综合征与血管内皮功能的相关性进行综述。

Cardiac Syndrome X （CSX）is a group of clinical symptoms, featured with typical exertional angina,positive exercise challenge test and normal coronary angiography, also known as microvascular angi- na. Related studies have shown that the development of CSX is related to microvascular endothelial dysfunc- tion. Vascular endothelial cells, composed of single flat squamous epithelial cells that arrange longitudinally a- long the direction of bloodstream, are important for metabolism and endocrine. Here reviews research progress of the correlation between CSX and vascular endothelial function.
