Hedgehog(Hh)信号通路是一条非常重要的转导途径,其异常表达将对细胞的生长、发育、增殖及分化产生深远的影响,可导致多种恶性肿瘤的发生。Sonic Hedgehog(Shh)基因是Shh信号通路的核心,该基因可作为某些肿瘤的诊断及预后评价的指标。研究显示Hh信号通路在食管癌、胃癌、髓母细胞瘤、前列腺癌等多种肿瘤中表达,且与肿瘤的发生、发展及转移密切相关。

Hedgehog （Hh）signaling pathway is a very important pathway, the abnormal expression of which has far-reaching impact on cell growth, development, proliferation and differentiation. It can cause a va- riety of malignancies. Sonic hedgehog（Shh） gene is core of Shh signaling pathway, which can be used as diag- nostic and prognostic evaluation index of some tumors. Studies have shown that Hh pathway were expressed in multiple tumors such as esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, medulloblastoma, and prostate cancer etc. , closely related to the occurrence, development and metastasis of the tumors.
