镍钛记忆合金加压吻合夹在全胃切除术中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价镍钛记忆合金加压吻合夹在全胃切除术中的应用效果。方法将全胃切除术患者90例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组采用手工空肠-空肠端侧吻合,观察组用加压吻合夹行空肠空肠侧侧吻合。比较两组患者的手术时间、空肠-空肠吻合时间、术后肠道通气时间及有无出现与吻合相关的并发症。结果两组患者的手术时间、空肠-空肠吻合时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的手术时间及空肠-空肠吻合时间均比对照组少。但两组患者的术后肠道通气时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者术后均未发生与肠吻合相关的并发症。结论在全胃切除术中使用加压吻合夹进行空肠空肠吻合操作简单、省时、安全。 Objective To investigate the application effects of nickel-titanium memory alloy compressive anastomosis clip in total gastrectomy. Methods 90 patients who received total gastrectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 patients in each group. Control group received end-to- side jejunum anastomosis by hand, While observation group received side-to-side jejunum anastomosis by compressive anastomosis clip. The two groups were compared by following parameters:operation time, jejuno- jejunostomy time, first post-operation flatus, small bowel anastomotic complication. Results The operation time and jejuno-jejunostomy time, of observation group were less than that of control group (P 〈 0.05 ). But first post-operation flatus of the two groups had no significant difference( P 〉 0.05 ). Neither group had small bowel anastomotic complication such as leakage or obstruction. Conclusion Compressive anastomosis clip is simple, time saving and safe for jejuno-jejunostomy in total gastrectomy.
