摘要
休假制度与休闲既有区别又相互作用。2008年新休假制度的实施标志着以人为本的制度设计理念的全面胜利,对中国公民的休闲方式、生活方式影响力空前,进一步彰显了休闲的主体性、体验性和生态性。休假制度的改革与居民休闲生活形成良性互动机制,从而进一步推进了社会主义和谐社会的建设。
Vacation system is distinguished from leisure in connotation but they interact with each oth- er. The implement of new Chinese vacation system in 2008 represents an important achievement in system design, whose essence shows the principle of taking people as the foremost. The new vacation system plays a key role in Chinese residents＂ leisure life, which embodies the features of subjectivity, experience as well as ecological character. A smooth interactive mechanism is formed between vacation system and Chinese leisure life, thus promoting the construction of socialist harmonious society.
