曲拉通X-100为表面活性剂形成石油醚与水乳液稳定性的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以曲拉通X-100为乳化剂,分别使用磁力搅拌、超声波和联合法制备了石油醚与水形成的乳液,采用照度计法研究乳液的稳定性。考察了乳化时间、乳化温度、乳化剂浓度和超声波功率对乳液的稳定性的影响。结果表明,联合法得到的乳液稳定化时间长,乳化时间为15 min时,乳液稳定时间达到最大值,稳定时间为2 900 min;联合法在30~50℃下制备得到乳液,较低温度有利于乳液的稳定;超声波的功率480 W得到的乳液稳定性最好,稳定时间为3 500 min;随着乳化剂用量增加,乳液稳定性时间延长。 With Triton X-100 as emulsifier, the formation of petroleum ether and water emulsion be pre- pared by magnetic stirring, ultrasound and combined method, respectively. The stability of emulsion was measured by using illuminometer. Investigate the effect of emulsification time, emulsification temperature, emulsifier concentration and ultrasonic power on the emulsion stability. The results suggested that emul- sion stabilization time of combined method, emulsification time was 15 min, the maximum of emulsion sta- bility time was 2 900 min. The emulsion was prepared in 30 ℃ to 50 ℃ by combined method,lower tem- peratures are conducive to the stability of the emulsion. The best stable emulsion was prepared in ultrason- ic power 480 W and stable time was 3 500 min. With the increasing in the amount of emulsifier, the emul- sion stability time increase.
