氯化铝催化合成乙酸乙酯工艺研究 被引量:5

摘要 以氯化铝为催化剂,乙酸和乙醇为原料,合成乙酸乙酯,并对反应条件进行研究。结果表明,AlCl3为9%(按乙酸计),酸醇摩尔比为1∶1.5,预反应时间为12 min,总反应时间为1.5 h,反应温度为90~95℃,产品收率为74.1%。该工艺避免了反应后废酸的处理,乙酸乙酯的折光率nD20为1.372 1,产品为无色透明液体,有水果香味。 Abstract : Ethyl acetate was synthesized at the use of the catalyst aluminium chloride with acetic acid and ethanol,and related factors were studied. The results showett that aluminium chloride was 9% (acetic acid) the acetic acid-alcohol ratio was 1.5: 1, the pre-reaction was 12 min, the total reaction time was 1.5 h,the reaction temperature was 90 - 95 ℃, the yield of product could reach 74.1%. The craft was clean production, the refractive index ( nD20 ) of ethyl acetate was 1. 372 1, the fruit flavor product was colorless and transparent.
