美卡比酯的合成工艺研究

摘要 采用3-甲氨基-2-丁烯酸乙酯和对苯醌为原料,于二氯乙烷中,在氯化锌催化下,HPLC跟踪检测合成美卡比酯。采用正交设计研究,确定了最佳合成工艺参数为:反应时间1~2 h,反应温度55℃,物料比1为n(对苯醌)∶n(3-甲氨基-2-丁烯酸乙酯)=1∶1.19,物料比2为n(对苯醌)∶n(氯化锌)=1∶0.32。在最佳条件下,收率为85%,纯度为98%以上,达到了优化的目的。 Using 3-methyl amino-2-acid ethyl ester and p-benzoquinone as raw materials, in dichloroeth- ane,zinc chloride catalyst, HPLC tracking detection synthesis Mecarbinate. Using orthogonal design, the optimal process parameters : reaction time 1 - 2 h, reaction temperature 55 ℃, molar ratio of n (p-benzo- quinone) : n(3-methyl amino-2-acid ethyl ester) = 1 : 1.19, n(p-benzoquinone) : n( zinc chloride) = 1: 0.32. Under the optimum conditions the yield of 85%, and the purity of more than 98%, to reached the purpose of optimization.
