摘要
为使数值模拟技术能更加准确地描述聚合物驱油过程发生的复杂物理化学现象,研制了具有弥散和扩散模拟功能的三维三相聚合物驱油数学模型。建立了描述聚合物和阴阳离子在多孔介质中运移的物质传输和驱油机理数学模型,从对流、弥散和扩散等方面描述物质运移过程,从弹性、黏性和多种相对分子质量聚合物混合特性描述聚合物驱油机理;将物质传输和驱油机理数学模型与油气水三相黑油数学模型合成并求解,形成聚合物驱油数学模型。模型能够模拟黏弹性和多种相对分子质量聚合物驱油机理以及化学物质在多孔介质中运移所发生的对流、弥散、扩散、吸附等物化现象,可以进行聚合物驱油的机理研究、现场方案优化和开发效果预测。
In order to more accurately describe the complex physicochemical phenomena happened in the process of polymer flooding by numerical simulating technique, the mathematical model of 3 D 3-phase polymer flooding with the functions of dispersion and diffusion simulations is developed. And moreover the mathematical model of the sub- stance transformation and oil flooding mechanism is established for the polymer and anion & cation migrated in the porous media. In the aspects of convection, dispersion, diffusion and so on, the above migration process is de- scribed ; the mechanism is characterized by the elasticity, viscosity and mixed properties of multi-polymer. The two mathematical models are integrated and solved with the 3-phase (oil-gas-water} black-oil mathematical model and then a new polymer oil flooding mathematical model is developed. The developed model has abilities to simulate the mechanisms of the viscoelasticity and multi-polymer and furthermore the physicochemical phenomena of convection, dispersion, diffusion, absorption and so forth happened in the migration for the chemical substances. The mechanism studies, field program optimization and production effect prediction can be conducted for the polymer oil flooding in the model.
