摘要
信任的伦理-心理运动过程,是企业组织形态内部在微观层面与动机生产相伴生的一种信任的动力机制。中国文化空间中存在着有利于企业扩展亲亲信任的两个认同原理:基于家之心理的"同心原理";基于家之伦理的"同德原理"。比亚迪的案例表明,泛家族企业的信任扩展模式,是企业从家族→企业之"同心同德",走向企业→家族之"同心同德"的中介或过渡。而我们通过对雷丁的同心圆模型的颠倒得出了一个天下同心的模型,旨在进一步表明:一种基于天下理念的信任价值观是指引企业家走出封闭自我或自我利益的狭小天地,走向更广阔、更高远的世界的不可缺少的一种对信任的信任。
Ethic-psycho movement of the trust is a kind of dynamical mechanism of the trust companioned in the microcosmic dimension by the motive produce inside the corporation organiza- tion. There are two kinds of principles of self-identification to benefit to extend the trust between the relatives in the corporation in Chinese cultural space, which are the Principle of "work with one heart" based on the family-psycho as well as the Principle of "work with one moral" based on the family-ethic. The case of BYD indicates that the mode to extend trust in far-family corporation is the medium or transition from "work with one heart and work with one moral" of the movement from "corporation to family" to "work with one heart and work with one moral" of the movement from "family to corporation". We get a mode of concentric circle "under the sun" by reversing the mode of concentric circle made by Reading. It indicates that the Value of the trust based on the idea of world "under the sun" is a kind of trust of the trust that will direct the enterprisers to get ride of closing in the self-benefit and to open their hearts toward a more wide world "under the sun".
