摘要
随着新媒介逐渐嵌入人们的日常生活,新的媒介环境正逐渐构建起来,由利益或兴趣聚合起来的个体和社群,形成微议程,已成为议程设置不可忽视的显性要素。我们假定,个体和社群通过微议程,或直接影响公众议程,或与大众媒体议程进行互动博弈,间接影响公众议程。我们将其作为新媒介环境下议程设置理论研究新的着力点,关注特定个体和社群的意见指向,研究微议程形成过程对大众媒介和公众议程设置的影响,分别探讨了微议程的提出背景,微议程的界定,微议程的影响等,最后形成了微议程影响下的议题显要性转移图示。
Today ,the new media is gradually being embedded into people's daily life, and the new media environment is gradually being built up. Then the individual and the community gathering together for the benefit or interest form the Micro-agenda, and have become the dominant element that the research of Agenda-setting can not ignore. So we assume that the Micro-agenda of the indi- vidual and community directly affects the public agenda, or with the mass media agenda for interac- tive game, indirectly affects the public agenda. Then we regard the Micro-agenda as the new re- search of Agenda-setting theory in the new media environment, focus on the opinion of specific indi- vidual and community, and study the effect of its forming process to the mass media and the public agenda-setting. The paper focuses on the background of the Micro-agenda, the definition of Micro-a- genda and the impact of Micro-agenda. Finally we form the icon of the transfer of the most important topics under the influence of Micro-agenda.
