囊性及引起全聋性听神经瘤的超微结构研究

摘要 听神经瘤引起完全性失听与神经髓鞘直接受压及瘤细胞的异型性有关。髓鞘瘤细胞的异型性可能是听神经瘤复发的重要因素。瘤细胞内多腔体与囊性听神经瘤形成有关。 The application of elecronic microscope to acoustic tumor has revealed a number of diagnostic characteristics that are of importance in identification of the tumor. The chief pathologic subcellular changes were investigated, and are briefly summarized as follows: (1) Direct compression of the myelin sheath is responsible for the total deafness besides atypia of acoustic tumor cells; (2) multi-cavitary structfure in the cells may be related to the formation of cystic acoustic tumor.
