摘要
东太湖流域内的河道经过几十年的淤积,致使同流量条件下的河道水位显著上升,对流域防洪产生了严重影响。为了研究新防洪形势下东太湖流域的防洪对策,对流域内的防洪标准、圩堤高程、排涝能力等进行了分析。针对流域防洪存在的防洪标准偏低、圩堤高程偏低、泵站排涝能力不足等问题,提出了行洪通道疏浚、联圩并圩、退垦还湖、水利信息化建设等应对措施。最后以吴江市的防洪除涝为实例进行了具体分析。可为平原地区城市防洪决策提供参考。
After decades of siltation, the water level of east Taihu Lake rises obviously and exerts severe impact on the flood and waterlogging prevention in the Basin. In order to study the flood control countermeasures for the east Taihu Lake under the new situation, the flood control standard, levee elevation, waterlogging prevention capacity are analyzed. In the light of the problems existed in the flood control of the basin, the countermeasures of river channel dredging, polder combination, returning farmland to lake, water informatization are put forward. In the last, a concrete analysis on the issue of Wujiang County in the basin is conducted.
