摘要
岳城水库是漳河干流上的一座大型水利枢纽,水库及周边地区分布5座煤矿,煤矿开采可能对水库安全产生影响,为确保水库大坝的安全运行,并尽可能地减少压煤资源,对水库及周边煤矿禁采区范围进行了确定。对采空区覆岩及地表变形特征进行了数值分析,采用地表零沉降和零倾斜标准对大坝保护煤柱范围进行了计算,并提出了不同安全系数下的煤矿禁采区范围。综合考虑水库安全及煤矿开采技术水平,最终采用3倍的安全系数划定煤矿禁采区的范围,使禁采区的压煤量由24.4亿t减少至8.8亿t,既保证了水库大坝安全,又提高了经济效益。
Yuecheng Reservoir is a large hydro - junction on main stream of Zhanghe River, and there are five coal mines a- round the reservoir. Coal mining activities threaten the safety of the Yuecheng Reservoir. In order to ensure safe operation of the reservoir and minimize reducing the coal production, the mining - forbidden area of coal around Yuecheng Reservoir Project is determined. The numerical analysis of overlying strata in the mine - out area and surface deformation is conducted. The protective scope of coal pillar was calculated by standards of slight ground subsidence and inclination, and the mining - forbidden areas un- der different safety factors are proposed. Through comprehensive consideration of reservoir safety and mining technology level, the safety factor of 3 times is recommended to determine the mining - forbidden area. So, the reduction of coal production is decreased from 2.44 billion t to 0.88 billion t, which meets the safety requirement of reservoir and improves the economic benefits.
