摘要
立足于航空航天领域中磁力轴承的应用,选择一种三自由度混合磁力轴承为研究对象,介绍了它的工作原理,推导了它的数学模型。以数字信号处理芯片TMS320F2812为核心,完成了磁力轴承数字控制系统的软、硬件设计。在传统PID算法的基础上研究了变参数PID算法,并进行了仿真比较。在此基础上,设计合理的控制参数进行试验,实现了水平转子的稳定悬浮运行。
In this paper, an axial-radial 3 degrees of freedom hybrid magnetic bearing which can play an important role in the aeronautics and astronautics area was introduced, and its principle and mathematic model were given. Based on the digital signal processor TMS320F2812, the controller was designed, including the design of software and hardware. A varia- ble parameter PID algorithm relying on the incomplete differential and separated integrator algorithm was proposed, whose control effect was compared to the traditional PID algorithm. Regulating the parameters of simulation to the experiment, the horizontal rotor gets its balance in the air.
