摘要
针对永磁同步电机空载气隙磁密波形含有大量谐波的问题,设计了一种阻尼条非均匀分布的新转子结构。以一台15 kW异步起动永磁同步电机为例,利用有限元分析软件Ansys对新旧转子进行建模仿真,分别计算出空载气隙磁密分布和负载功角特性。对比结果表明,阻尼条非均匀排列转子结构可以显著的减小空载气隙磁密波形中的谐波含量,负载时电机的功率密度也得到了明显的提升。
According to a great deal harmonic components of air-gap magnetic density in permanent sychro- nous motor(PMSM) , a new rotor structure with damper winding asymmetric distributing was designed. A 15 kW asynchronous-strat PMSM was modeled and simulated by finit element analysis(FEA) software An- sys. The no-load back-EMF waveform and power-angle characteristic were calculated. Compared with the traditional rotor, the resule shows that the rotor structure with the damper winding asymmetric distributing can reduce the high harmotic components of air-gap magnetic density markedly and improve the power desnsity of the motor evidently.
