摘要
通过对汽车EPS用直流电机反馈控制系统分析,以模块化的思想建立了系统的数学模型,并以Labview软件为平台,建立了包括PID控制算法和系统干扰在内的EPS用直流电机反馈控制系统的仿真模型,给出了计算实例,进行了仿真分析。整定PID控制器的参数时同时考虑系统参考输入和系统干扰对控制系统性能的影响,能够直观的、快速的设计出性能优良、鲁棒性强的适合EPS直流电机反馈控制的控制算法。
Through analyzing on the feedback control system for DC motor of the automotive electric power steering system, a mathematical model of the system was established based on modularized design idea. On the platform of Labview, feedback control system including PID control algorithm and system disturbance for EPS DC motor was constructed. A real computing example was given and simulation analysis was carried out. On the process of tuning the parameters of the PID controller, both the reference input of the system and the disturbance input of the system were considered on influence on control system performance. Intuitively, the feedback control algorithm for the EPS DC motor with excellent performance, strong robust was fast de- signed.
