摘要
以侧柏籽油、二乙烯三胺和氯化苄为原料,经酰胺化、环化和季铵化反应合成咪唑啉类缓蚀剂C,其咪唑啉中间体的结构用IR表征,并用失重法和动电位扫描极化曲线法评价C的缓蚀性能。结果表明:正交试验确定的最优水平组合为:环化反应时间3.5h,侧柏籽油和二乙烯三胺的摩尔比为1∶3,二甲苯在反应物中的质量分数为25%;合成的缓蚀剂C在5%盐酸介质中对A20钢有很好的缓蚀效果,缓蚀剂C是一种阳极型缓蚀剂。
By using Platycladus orientalis seed oil, diethylene triamine and benzyl chloride as raw materials, imidazoline corrosion inhibitor C (ICI) was synthesized through the reactions of amidation,cyclization and quartemarization. The structures of intermediates were elucidated by IR, Anti-corrision rate was determined by weight-loss method and the potentiodynamic polarization curve method. The resultant ICI exhibited good corrosion inhibition property for steel A20 in the medium of 5 % hydrochloric acid. The optimal reac- tion conditions were obtained from orthogonal experiment:the eyclization reaction time:3.5 h, the molar ratio of P. orientalis seed oil to diethylene triamine.1 : 3, and the mass fraction of xylene.25 % of total raw material. ICI was found to be an anodic type inhibitor.
