摘要 对t≤20 mm钢板对接工艺进行了技术革新,以钢板对接不开坡口不清根工艺替代原有的清根工艺。通过三组试件的拉伸、弯曲、冲击韧性、宏观金相与微观金相试验,对接头焊缝质量进行了验证,确定了全熔透钢板(t≤20 mm)对接不需开设坡口、不需清根。微观金相试验中焊缝区晶内有针状铁素体和珠光体,针状铁素体能明显改善高强度低合金钢焊缝的力学性能,提高其抗环境损伤的能力,具有重要的工程意义。 The steel strueture industry is developing very quickly;one of the ways to rise up the core competition for a company is the continuous technology innovation. Presently,the fabrication workmanship for medium or thick plate is relatively complicated and with a low productivity.The essay makes technical innovation for the fabrication of steel plate with thickness t〈~20 mm.No groove and back chipping are needed for the full penetration butt welding which raised the efficiency and also saved the fabrication cost.The connection has been testified with a good weld quality by procedure assessment and micro-structure test.
