摘要
应用3 kW横流CO2激光器对球墨铸铁轧辊进行了激光强化处理,并上线进行了工业试用。结果表明,激光处理后的球磨铸铁轧辊平均过钢量达1.2万t,为新辊的两倍;合金化区硬度较高,提高了耐磨性和轧制量,延长了轧辊的使用寿命,激光合金化效果明显。
Application of 3 kW crosscurrent CO2 laser on nodular cast iron roller for laser heat treatment,and on the line were industrial trial.The results show that,after laser treatment of nodular cast iron roll,the average steel amounted to 12 000 tons,the average amount of steel for the new roll 2 times;alloying zone has a higher hardness,abrasion resistance is improved and the rolling quantity, prolong the life of roller, laser alloying effect.
