摘要
机车车辆行业广泛应用了不锈钢材料,主要用于车体的制造,制造过程中需要对材料进行火焰调修,但火焰调修影响不锈钢材料的性能,特别是晶间腐蚀性能。通过对经过450℃~850℃热处理的不锈钢试样,进行晶间腐蚀试验,结果表明:加热温度越高,车体骨架用不锈钢板(SUS301L-HT)晶间腐蚀程度越大。
In recent years,domestic stainless steel is widely used in locomotive industry,mainly used in the manufacture of car body, need to repair materials flame adjustment in manufacturing process,but the flame adjustment influences the performance of the stainless steel material,especially the intergranular corrosion resistance.This paper investigates the influence of temperature upon intergranular corrosion by the test of intergranular corrosion.The samples were heated to different temperatures between 450 ℃-850 ℃. The result shows that with the temperature rises, the intergranular corrosion was easier to found.
