Explore on the non-conformance of welding of AP1000 containment vessel

从钢制安全壳现场焊接出发,通过分析统计安全壳现场焊接不符合项,对安全壳焊接中常见的质量问题进行分析研究,提出从提高焊接人员质保意识、焊材及焊接环境管理和焊接过程控制防止安全壳焊接产生缺陷三个方面进行管理,提高了焊接质量,减少焊接不符合项的产生。

This article mainly focus on the welding issue on the Containment Vessel （CV） on site,and research on the welding quality problem through the analysis of the Non-conformance Report （NCR） generated on site.At last,it put forward the management improvement measures by improve the welder＇s quality assurance consciousness ,improve the welding material and welding environment and prevent the quality problems by process control etc. three aspects to make better the welding quality, reduce welding non-conformances.
