摘要 58SiMn钢以其机械强度高、淬透性高、硬度高等特点,在弹药行业得到广泛应用,并在设计中作为主要部件材料选择中占据主导地位。氩弧焊具有电弧热量集中,热影响区很窄,焊接应力与变形小,焊接过程稳定,电弧能量参数可精确控制,稳定性好,电弧的热量损失少,能够稳定燃烧,焊接质量好,氩气既不溶于液态金属,也不与金属起任何化学反应,有效阻止氧、氮等侵入焊缝金属等特点,能够满足生产。 58SiMn steel alloy with its high mechanical strength,high,hardness higher characteristic its quench-hardening ability, widely used in weapons industry,and in the weapon design as the major parts of material in the selected dominant.Argon arc welding has its special features about the arc heat concentrated,heat affected zone is very narrow,small the welding stress and deformation is small, the welding process stability, arc energy parameters accuracy can control,good stability and arc the heat loss lesscan stable combustion for welding quality good.Argon is insoluble in the liquid metal, also not with metal up any chemical reaction,effectively preventing the oxygen, nitrogen, invading weld metal, but also to meet the production.
