摘要 针对工业生产过程中一类具有大滞后特性的被控对象,采用时滞时间削弱器的预测输出反馈方法,将大时滞过程转化为弱时滞过程,并利用改进的削弱器参数的优化方法进一步提高输出反馈精度,用以简化主控制器--PI型广义预测控制器(PIGPC)的结构和提高其算法的实时性。仿真结果表明,所设计的控制系统提高了系统响应速度性和稳态精度且控制系统鲁棒性和自适应性也得到较明显的改善。控制算法简洁参数易调,可降低工程实现难度,对解决工业生产过程的时延问题和提高生产过程的控制品质具有良好的效果。 For a class of industrial processes with large time delay, makes large time delay process into a weak time delay process by the Delay time decreasing predict output feedback method, and improved weakening parameter optimization methods to further improve the accuracy of output feedback. With the delay time weaken device to simplify the structure of the main con- troller PI-GPC (generalized predictive controller) and improve real-time of the algorithm in the way of identification. These mea- sures not only enhance the regularity of the input control signal but also improve the efficiency and accuracy of the response. Due to the simple algorithm and easily adjustable parameters, the control system reduces the difficulty of the reality of the proj- ect and has the significant theoretical and practical significance of solving the delay problems in the production process and im- prove the quality of the control by simulation.
