摘要
针对直流电机转速的控制问题,本文搭建了一个基于ARM的直流电机PID调速系统。通过改变PID的参数配置调整电机的转速,并通过图形界面能够直观地观察电机的运行状态。文中先对下位机的硬件电路和PID算法设计做了阐述,然后给出了一个简单的通信协议以及上位机的软件设计。整个控制系统结构简单、控制方便,已经取得了良好的实验效果,可以满足人工实时控制电机转速的运行要求。
According to the DC motor speed control problem, a PID speed control system of DC motor based on ARM is built. The DC motor speed can be adjusted by changing the parameters of the PID. Meanwhile, the running status can be ob- served directly from the graphic display interface. To start with, the paper describes the hardware circuit and algorithm. Then a simple communication protocol and the software design of the upper computer are given. The entire control system is simple in structure and convenient to control. And the good experimental results show that it meets the manual real-time control require- ments.
