摘要 气雾剂易燃性在其运输、使用等生命周期中给公共安全带来潜在威胁或实际危害,针对国内喷雾气雾剂产品易燃性检测存在非自动化、测试准确度低、危险性大等问题,研制了基于多传感器辨识的喷雾气雾剂封闭空间试验仪,用于测定点火距离在15cm以内的喷雾气雾剂在封闭空间内的易燃性,该仪器采用压力传感、红外热释电传感及高精度计时的多传感器联合辨识实现喷雾气雾剂燃爆评定。通过自动按压、翻转等机构实现检测过程自动化。多种典型试样测定结果表明仪器准检测准确率达99%,符合TDG、REACH等国际标准要求。 The flammability of spray aerosol has brined potential threats or actual harm to public safety in its life cycle, such as transport and in use. Aiming at the problems in spray aerosol flammability testing, like low level in automation, low accuracy and dangerous nature, the igniting, an enclosed space tester for spray aerosol is developed based on multi-sensor combined iden- tification, which is used for determining the flammability of spray aerosol whose ignition distance is less than 15cm in a closed space. In this instrument, the multi-sensor combined identification of pressure sensor, pyroelectric infrared sensor and high preci- sion timing is used to realize burning explosion detection of spray aerosol.The designed mechanisms of auto press and turnover make the detection automatically. According to the result of using multiple representative samples, detection accuracy is up to 99%, which meets the international standards requirements like TDG and REACH.
