摘要
本实验以形态和功能相结合的方法应用细胞培养、扫描电镜、透射电镜及放射免疫等多种技术,研究了锗-132对体外培养大鼠腺垂体细胞的作用。Ge-132作用于细胞后,放免测定细胞上清液中生长激素(GH)、催乳激素(LTH)。Ge-132浓度为0.01mmol/L组与1mmol/L组比较GH、LTH浓度增高显著;实验组促甲状腺激素(TSH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)较对照组明显降低,且随着Ge-132浓度的增高,激素TSH、PSH、LH浓度降低更为显著。电镜观察腺垂体嗜酸性细胞里分泌功能旺盛相,嗜碱性细胞呈分泌功能不活跃状态。
The effect of Germanium-132 on rat adenohypophyseal cells in vitro was studied with ra-dioimmunoassay and electron microscopy. The experimental results showed that after addition of Ge -132, the concentration of growth hormone and lactotropic hormone significantly increased. Under the electron microscope, the somatotropic and the lactotropic cells were in active secretory phase. It showed that Ge-132 promoted the secretion of acidophilic cells. After addition of Ge-132, the concentration of thyroid stimulating hormone, follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone decreased,Under the electron microscope, the thyrotropic and the gonadotropic cells were in functionally inactive condition. Ge-132 inhibited the secretion of basophilie cells.
