摘要
为了测量与分析气体保护焊烟尘粒度与发尘量,分别对实芯焊丝的熔化极气体保护焊和药芯焊丝的CO2焊进行烟尘收集,采用光散射法和光纤型准光弹性散射颗粒粒度测试仪测量烟尘粒度,根据JIS标准,在不同的焊接工艺参数下进行烟尘发尘量测量试验,分析了工艺方法与焊接参数对烟尘粒度与发尘量的影响,并研究降低烟尘发尘量的措施。研究结果表明,气体保护焊烟尘粒度遵循一定的分布规律,工艺方法和焊接工艺参数对焊接烟尘粒度大小和发尘量有一定的影响。
In order to study welding fume particle size and fume forming rate, respectively, this paper collects dust ot solid welding wire for MIG welding and flux cored wire for CO~ welding, presents measurements of fume particle size by FOQELS and forming rate of welding fume under different welding parameters in response to JIS, and points out influence of welding pro- cesses and welding parameters on welding fume particle size and fume forming rate, then gives the research on fume forming rate influenced by process parameters and the description of reducing welding fume. It is shown in this paper that there is a regu- lar distribution of gas welding fume particle size ,and welding processes and process parameters have effect on particle size dis- tribution and fume forming rate.
