市级妇幼保健院儿童心理行为专科初建资料分析

Analysis of the data collected in the first three years since the foundation of Out-patient Clinic of Child Psychological and Behavioral Pediatrics

目的探讨市级妇幼保健院儿童心理行为专科工作开展初期的临床特点及后续工作方向。方法分析本院儿童心理行为专科初建3年资料，发现其中的规律。结果3年问共建立儿童病历993份。所建病历数逐年明显增长；来诊儿童年龄范围广，涉及9个月～18岁6个月的多个年龄段；来源地有本地区的，也有外地区的；就诊儿童的心理行为问题多种多样，其中以多动障碍、言语及语言发育障碍、广泛性发育障碍、教养咨询和情绪问题为多。结论设立地区性的儿童心理行为专科是必要的，其发展需要一个过程，今后应重点关注常见多发心理行为问题诊治以及心理亚健康儿童的心理保健，建立咨询一诊断一治疗一再咨询的规范化工作流程，并进一步开展心理行为治疗。

Objective To discuss the feasibility and the future direction of the out-patient clinic for child psy- chological and behavioral problems. Methods Data of the first three years since the foundation of Out-patient Clinic of Child Psychological and Behavioral Pediatrics were collected and analyzed. Results A total of 993 pieces of file were established in the first three years. Patients of the out-patient clinic increased year by year, who aged from 1 to 18 and came from local and outside region. The main behavioral problems included attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, speech and language disorder, autism spectrum disorder, and the advisory of child care and emotional problems. Conclusion It is necessary to set up the out-patient clinic of child psychological and behavioral pediatrics. More attention should be paid to the common or sub-psychological and behavioral problems, the standardization of the consultation -diagnosis-treatment-further consultation process, and introduction of further psychological treatment.
