灸药结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效观察

Clinical effect of moxibustion and traditional Chinese drug in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer

目的观察灸神阙穴结合口服六味地黄丸治疗复发性口腔溃疡的治疗效果。方法 120例患者随机分为试验组(62例)和对照组(58例),试验组给予灸神阙穴结合口服六味地黄丸治疗,对照组口服维生素B2和维生素C,比较治疗后1年评价疗效。结果试验组总有效率为90.3%,对照组总有效率为74.1%,试验组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论灸药结合是治疗复发性口腔溃疡的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the combined application of moxibustion and tradi- tional Chinese drug in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer （ROU）. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with ROU were randomly divided into two groups. The study group （n=62） was treated with moxibusfion at Shenque point and Liuweidihuang pills, and the control group （n=58） was treated with Vitamin B2 and Vitamin C. The curative effects were evaluated one year after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the study group （90.3%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （74.1%）. Conclusions Combined application of moxibustion and traditional Chinese drug is quite effective for treating ROU.
