促血管生成素-1与反复自然流产的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究促血管生成素-1(Ang-1)与反复自然流产(RSA)之间的相关性,探讨RSA的病因。方法选择33例RSA患者和37例健康早孕人工流产妇女的绒毛膜组织,经免疫组化法检测其Ang-1的蛋白表达水平,并结合相应临床参数进行分析。结果自然流产组绒毛膜组织中Ang-1的表达高于人工流产组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组Ang-1的表达均与年龄无关(P>0.05);自然流产组Ang-1的表达与胚胎孕周呈正相关(P<0.05),而人工流产组Ang-1的表达与胚胎孕周无关(P>0.05)。结论 Ang-1的高表达可能是造成自然流产的原因之一。 Objective To study the relationship between angiopoietin-1 and recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA). Methods The expression levels of angiopoietin-1 in chorion of 33 patients with RSA (the study group) and 37 healthy early pregnant women undergoing artificial abortion (the control group) were detected by immunohisto- chemistry. The correlation between expression and elinicopathological parameters was also analyzed. Results The expression level of angiopoietin-1 in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05). The expression of angiopoietin-1 in the two groups was not correlated with age (P〉0.05). The expression of angiopoi- etin-I was correlated with the fetal gestational age in the study group (P〈0.05), but not in the control group (P〉0.05). Conclusion The high expression of Angiopoietin-1 might be one of the reasons for spontaneous abortion.
