摘要
目的统计分析新生儿溶血病溶血3项血清学检测结果,探讨采血时间与检测结果分布格局的关系。方法按标准规程对2009-2011年本地医院送检高胆红素血症、疑似新生儿溶血病患儿样本进行溶血3项血清学检测,统计分析检测结果。结果 ABO-HDN占送检样本的62.1%,其中A型患儿占46.1%,B型患儿占53.9%,采血时间为3d内的确诊HDN阳性率差异无统计学意义。结论新生儿溶血病血清学检测最适采血时间为出生3d内,但超过3d仍具送检意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between sampling time and serological testing results in the diagnosis ofheamolytic disease of the newborn (HDN). Methods Two hundred and ninety newborns ofhyper- bilirubinemia which suspected for hemolytic disease were collected and performed serological testing for 3 items of hemolysis. The testing results were statistically analyzed. Results Of all the samples, the percentage of ABO-HDN was 62.1%, in which the percentage of type A was 46.1% and the percentage of type B was 53.9%. There was no statistically significant difference on the positive rate of HDN if the blood samples were collected within 3 days. Conclusion It is the best to collect the samples for serological testing within 3 clays to detect HDN, but it might be still useful if the samples were collected after 3 days.
