摘要
以河北省某国家级高新区为个案,通过对该区人力资源的现状分析,发现该区在人力资源发展中存在诸多问题,应从转变观念,制度安排等方向加以强化,实施人才强区战略,促使经济、社会和文化全面协调发展。
Taking a national high-tech development zone in Hebei province as a case, through the human resources present situation analysis, we found that the area in the human resources development exits a lot of problems, and should change idea, system arrangement ect. directions, which try aggrandizement, carry, out strategy of talent strong area, make economy, society and culture coordinates development in the round.
