不黏煤混合气煤制备活性炭工艺条件研究

Study on the process conditions of active carbon preparationby blending non-caking coal and gas coal

研究了不黏煤配合气煤制备压块活性炭的工艺条件,探讨了活性炭吸附性能,实验得到最佳的工艺条件为炭化温度550℃,炭化恒温时间30min,活化温度900℃,活化时间4h。压块活性炭的碘吸附值可达1041mg/g,亚甲基蓝吸附值为190mg/g,均符合工业生产的要求。

This paper studies the process conditions for preparing briquetted active carbon by non- caking coal and gas coal, and discusses the absorption property of active carbon. Experimental result shows the optimum process conditions are： coking temperature 550℃, constant temperature time for coking 30min, activating temperature 900℃ , activating time 4h. The iodine adsorptive value of briquetted active carbon is up to 1 041mg/g, and methylene blue adsorptive value up to 190mg/g. These two values meet the requirement of industrial production.
