粗苯低温气相加氢结焦原因分析及对策

摘要 介绍了粗苯低温气相加氢易发生结焦的部位。通过工艺参数判断结焦堵塞情况,并对结焦原因做了分析,提出了针对性的措施。通过增加预处理装置和加入阻聚剂以及加强生产管理,能够极大缓解结焦进程。 This paper introduces the places which are vulnerable to form coke during gas phase crude benzol hydrogenation under low temperature. Coke jam condition can be evaluated from process parameters. This paper also analyzes the reason for coke forming, and provides treatment measures. The progress of coking can be greatly moderated by adding pretreatment device and polymerization in- hibitor and strengthen production management.
