管式炉法负压粗苯蒸馏工艺模拟研究

Simulating research on crude benzole negative pressuredistillation process by tube furnace

通过模拟结果与生产指标对比,验证了管式炉法负压粗苯蒸馏工艺的可行性。从温度制度、能源结构及环境效果等方面进行研究。结果表明,负压粗苯蒸馏工艺可操作性强,优化了能源结构,减少了废水排放量。

Compared the simulating result with product index, it is verified that the process of crude benzole negative pressure distillation by tube furnace is feasible. This essay studies the aspects of heating schedule,energy structure and environment effect. The result shows that crude benzole nega- tive pressure distillation process is easy to operate, optimizes energy structure, and reduces dischar- ging of waste water.
