摘要
邯钢新区焦化厂引进WSA制酸工艺,具有工艺流程简单、对环境无污染、操作成本低、经济效益高等优点。主要介绍了该工艺的原理、流程及优缺点,并对工艺存在的问题进行技术改造,改造后的制酸装置实现了长周期稳定运行。
This paper represents the newly introduced WSA acid-making process which is character- ized by simple process flow, being environment friendly, low operation cost and satisfied economic benefit, etc. , mainly with descriptions of the process philosophy, process flow and advantages ＆ dis- advantages. Innovation has been done for the defected process and the innovated WSA installation can be proven in long-term and stable operation.
