摘要
在一个完善的工业体系中,不仅需要有检测和控制系统,还需要有更为直观的监测系统。另外,随着计算机在工业控制、信息传输中的应用越来越广泛,无人值班、少人值班的工作模式成为当今自动化的发展趋势。通过编写上位机软件来对工业系统进行实时监测,上位机是一台拥有独立IP的计算机服务器,对下位机传送上来的数据进行采集、分析、过滤及存储,利用面向对象的程序设计语言Visual Basic 6.0实现人机交互,通过计算机的串口接收下位机监测到的数据进行实时显示。
In a perfect system of industry, not only inspection and control system but also a clear monitoring system is needed. With a wide use of computers in industrial control and information transmission, an unattended or a nearly unattended work mode is becoming a trend in automation today. To develop PC software for industrial systems to obtain a real-time monitoring is the concern of the paper. The host computer is a computer server with an independent IP to collect, analyze, filter and store the data sent by PC-based PLC. By object-oriented programming language Visual Basic 6.0, human-machine interaction is realized, and the data monitored and collected by the computer serial port is timely displayed.
