摘要
仪表管座角焊缝超声波探伤的难点在于缺陷定位。根据工件结构特点,利用AutoCAD软件,对超声波在工件中的传播特性进行了分析研究。同时,利用AutoCAD软件对缺陷进行辅助定位,很好地解决了仪表管座超声波探伤时缺陷定位的问题,使得仪表管座超声波探伤变得简单易行。为电站特殊部件的超声波探伤提供了一种思路。
The aporia of the ultrasonic testing on fillet weld of the instrument tube is locating defect. According to the structure characteristics,using AutoCAD software, the transmission characteristics of ultrasonic in the workpiece is analyzed. The use of AutoCAD software on defect location has solved this difficuh problem. And this makes the ultra-sonic testing on fillet weld of the instrument tube simple and practicable. The method offers a new idea for the ultra- sonic testing method on the special components of power station.
